We’re so excited to welcome you back to Westgate Farm from 11am–5pm tomorrow (Friday 24th July)!

This year we've decided to open a little earlier than usual. With the continued hot weather and very little rain, we're not sure how long the flowers will stay looking their best, so we'd rather open now than risk you missing them altogether.

🌻 A little note before you visit…

If you're dreaming of a huge sea of yellow, we'd recommend waiting a couple more days, as more flowers are opening every day. If you do visit tomorrow, there will still be plenty to pick, and they'll continue to bloom beautifully once you get them home.

⚠️ PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN ARRIVING

Our field entrance is directly off a fast road at a crossroads, so please slow down well in advance and be mindful of other traffic. The entrance is on the road from Walsingham towards Wells-next-the-Sea, and we'll have signs up from every direction to help you find us safely.

Westgate Farm, close to the village of Walsingham in North Norfolk, is the much-loved home of Michael and Sophie, their son Wilfie, and dogs Calla and Indie.

Michael is the second generation to manage the 350-acre tenant farm on the Walsingham Estate.

Sophie, originally from London, brings a background in marketing, blending creativity and attention to detail with rural life to help shape the farm’s thoughtfully curated offering.

Located on the Walsingham Estate in North Norfolk, Westgate Farm is an arable farm, just six miles from the coast. We grow barley, wheat, and PYO sunflowers, combining traditional farming values with modern, efficient practices.

Michael offers reliable, professional agricultural contracting services in Norfolk, using his own machinery or a flexible tractor-and-man service. With a practical, hands-on approach, services are tailored to suit your land, cropping requirements, and seasonal needs — delivering high standards, efficiency, and care every time.

Welcome to Field & Feather, where quality feed begins in our fields. From our family farm, we grow and prepare premium feeds for both garden birds and poultry, including black sunflower seeds, mixed corn blends, and carefully selected feed mixes. From planting and harvesting through to cleaning and packing, we take pride in producing natural, wholesome feed with quality and care at the heart of everything we do.
